BooWin collects the following data: account information (name, email, industry, city), payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by BooWin), Google review data (via the Google Business Profile API), and emails of customers who took part in the game, with explicit consent.
Your data is used to: provide the BooWin service, send you service-related notifications, and improve our features. Your data is never sold to third parties.
All data is hosted within the European Union (Supabase EU, Vercel EU). Google tokens are encrypted at rest. HTTPS is mandatory for all communications. Row Level Security is enabled on the database.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, portability (CSV export available), restriction of processing, and objection. To exercise these rights: support@boowin.app
BooWin only uses technical cookies that are necessary for the service to operate (authentication session). No advertising cookies are used. When you take part in a game, a random identifier is also stored on your device (browser) to prevent playing the same game multiple times: it is purely technical, does not allow you to be personally identified, and is only used to prevent abuse.
Emails collected through game participation belong to your business. You are responsible for processing this data and must comply with the GDPR. BooWin acts as a data processor. Explicit consent is required before any collection.
