BooWin is an online reputation management SaaS service based in Luxembourg. It lets businesses collect Google reviews, manage their responses, and build customer loyalty through a gamification system (prize wheel, scratch card).
BooWin is designed in strict compliance with Google's policies. The reward is tied to playing the game, never to the rating or content of the review. All reviews go to Google, with no filtering. No conditional redirection is ever used.
The 14-day free trial gives access to all features. A credit card is required at signup but is only charged once the trial period ends. At the end of the trial, the subscription is automatically activated. You can cancel at any time.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is processed via Stripe, a PCI DSS certified provider. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
BooWin only collects the data necessary for the service to operate. Data is hosted within the European Union. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. To exercise these rights: support@boowin.app.
The BooWin logo, text, images, and features are the exclusive property of BooWin. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
BooWin cannot be held responsible for reviews posted by businesses' customers on Google, nor for their content. BooWin commits to maintaining 99.5% service availability per month.
