BooWin is an online reputation management SaaS service based in Luxembourg. It lets businesses collect Google reviews, manage their responses, and build customer loyalty through a gamification system (prize wheel, scratch card). The Terms of Sale govern the commercial aspects of the service (trial, subscription, billing, cancellation).
BooWin is designed in strict compliance with Google's policies. The reward is tied to playing the game, never to the rating or content of the review. All reviews go to Google, with no filtering. No conditional redirection is ever used.
Signup is reserved for businesses acting for the purposes of their professional activity. The information you provide must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any action taken from your account. BooWin may suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of fraud, abusive use of the game, or breach of these terms.
BooWin only collects the data necessary for the service to operate. Data is hosted within the European Union. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data. To exercise these rights: support@boowin.app.
The BooWin logo, text, images, and features are the exclusive property of BooWin. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
BooWin may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page; the update date above is authoritative. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
